Kristine Bruce, President & COO

Kristine over 10 years of human resource management experience, a masters degree in Human Resource Management from the George Washington University and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certificate. Her primary focus and interest is the development, implementation and enforcement of policy and procedures. She enjoys training and assisting employees and employers deal with employment issues.

Scott Gibson, Chairman & CTO

Scott is the driving force behind the technology at HuComm Solutions. Prior to founding the company, he operated a small information technology consulting firm. He has worked with Nestle USA , easyDiabetes, Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), Microsoft, and Iron Mountain. His background in biomedical engineering and electrical engineering helped earn him a Whittaker Research Merit Award from the University of Utah 's bioengineering department, where he began his graduate coursework in 1998. He has extensive software and biomedical development project management experience and has worked with some of the nation's leaders in the fields. Gibson earned bachelor's degrees in biomedical and electrical engineering and a master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California.

Valerie Paul, Human Resource Consultant

Valerie has been dedicated to the field of human resources for over 5 years. She has earned her PHR certificate and is experienced in both the public and private sector of human resources. Primary interests are in recruiting, safety and security, and personnel management.

Dell Gibson, Director of Information Technology Operations

Dell has seen computing evolve from mainframe-based batch process applications to the information sharing environments of today: local area networks, wide area networks, and the Internet. He has more than 30 years of experience in programming, database design, project management and hardware and software evaluation. Dell recently left full-time employment with the Washington Department of Social & Health Services, where he was manager of information technology for the Human Resources Division. He holds an Associate of Arts degree in data processing from Olympic Community College and has completed coursework in computer science at Western Washington State College (now Western Washington University .)
